Polish Development Congress

Yesterday, partners of our law firm, Lidia Blaszka-Griffin and Jakub Stempski, took part in the 5th Polish Development Congress. We had the opportunity to talk about today’s challenges that are faced both by the development industry and cities’ mayors, and also to meet with the lawyers operating in the industry. The congress was dominated by topics related to the upcoming market cooling and the related uncertainty. Participants discussed in panels devoted to, inter alia, public transport, financing of development investments, the lex developer act and spatial planning reform. The culmination of the event was the evening gala in which we participated, and at which the annual ranking of cities was presented. The event was graced by a concert by the excellent Małgorzata Ostrowska.
